The Quadra Yates project located in Victoria’s Harris Green downtown district was purchased and renovated in the mid 2000’s, on completion of renovations the 35,000 sq. ft. Quadra Yates Building was leased out to a mix of tenants such as Vancouver Island Health, BCAA, Starbucks, and DTZ Barnicke.
