Broad Street Square was a vacant site located in downtown Victoria the former home of Victoria and Grey Trust which was destroyed by a fire. The commencement of construction on this two story 25,000 sq. ft. project was one of the first developments in the core area at the end of a very difficult economic cycle for our City. This new development helped to stimulate a new period of growth in our down town area.
