The original home of the Congregation of Sisters of Saint Anne assisted living seniors home, known as Mt. Saint Mary’s was purchased by a Cielo Properties affiliate Company. Cielo Properties  then commenced a comprehensive planning, design, and multi family rezoning process with the City of Victoria and the local neighborhood association. In September 2005, Cielo Properties received the required civic approvals for the design and multi family use from The City of Victoria. Shortly thereafter the site was sold to Concert Properties a Vancouver Based Development Company.
