What does my warranty include?

In accordance with BC Housing requirements, warranties provided with new Cielo homes include a 2-5-10 home warranty insurance policy.

This coverage includes:

  • 2 years on labour and materials
  • 5 years on the building envelope
  • 10 years on the structure of the home

You can find relevant resources in the printed home warranty and maintenance manual you received upon purchasing your Cielo home.
