Stan Sipos, Founder
Cielo Properties was founded by Stan Sipos nearly 40 years ago when he developed a 50-unit residential building in Victoria, Morrison Manor. A true visionary and entrepreneur, he sees potential around every corner. A former professional race car driver, and a member of the Canadian Drag Racing Hall of Fame, Stan is always pursuing excellence. For Stan, “impossible” is simply a challenge yet to be overcome.

Johnathon Sipos, President
With a keen eye for industry trends and innate business acumen, Johnathon is passionate about development and business as a whole. He is committed to development opportunities that enhance neighbourhoods through environmentally sensitive design, construction of the highest quality, and architecture that complements the community’s culture. With a Commerce degree from the University of Victoria and years of real-world development industry experience, Johnathon continues to play a significant role in the acquisition and completion of Cielo’s projects.
christina sipos, vp marketing & communications
Christina Sipos grew up in the Development industry watching her father build projects all over Greater Victoria. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Victoria, Christina decided to change direction and pursue her interests in the Real Estate industry. Driven, detail-oriented, and a natural talent for design and innovation, Christina successfully oversees the Marketing and Customer Care team at Cielo.
